It's a Girl!!!

Exactly one year and one day from our dossier acceptance @ Cathwel, we got "the call". We were blessed with a baby girl! She, Ya-Ling, was born June 20th, healthy, weighing 2400 grams(5.2 pounds), 49 cm.(19.5 inches). We can't begin to put into words what a fantastic, overwhelming feeling it is. We have heard stories from others who have been there before us, but until it happens . . . WOW! The acceptance paperwork will take about 2-4 weeks to translate & forward to us, and along with the papers we will receive our 1st pictures of our daughter! As we proceed with the final paperwork to enter the Taiwanese Court system(which takes from 2-5 months to get through) we will get periodic updates from the Orphanage (ie. pictures/growth/weight). In the meantime, everybody pray that we get a quick Judge :-)
