AND BABY MAKES THREE!!!
At about 9:45am on Christmas day we were able to finally wrap our arms around our beautiful baby girl . . . the feeling is indescribable in words, and such a flood of emotions!!!! We are sooooooooo in love with her!!! She is our Christmas miracle, what a blessing.

Wow what a trip! Not only can we say we have survived a hurricane, but now we can add an earthquake to that! On Tuesday 12/26, We were in our hotel room, we are staying on the 9th floor . The baby was sleeping and woke up crying about 5min before it hit. Aaron and I both had the same feeling that we were about to pass out. Aaron was swaying so much sitting in a chair he thought he was going to hit the floor. I was standing next to him and thought I was just exhausted and I was light headed and weak in the knees and about to pass out. When Aaron looked over to start to make his way to the bed he saw all the clothes hanging in the closet swinging really hard side to side. He said I think we are having an earthquake..No I KNOW we are. When the second one hit the walls made a cracking sound and as we held on we looked out the window and we saw the water in the fountain start to splash out and sway with the moving earth. Now that panic was setting in about what was coming next, Aaron wanted to head down to the lobby when I reminded him that we are also in tsunami country. We called the front desk and they assured us every thing was ok, no need to evacuate or anything, just watch the news. The epicenter of the quake which measured 6.7 on the richter scale, occured at the very southern end of Taiwan, and we were in Taipei which is on the northern end. The quake apparently damaged a major telecom line, so trying to get an internet connection was very difficult.
So we apologize to all those that were following, waiting, or worrying . . . we three are all home now, safe and sound, exhausted (27 hours travel time, one way), and trying to get back on our time schedule.(we are 13 hours behind Taiwan)!

Will post more when I can see straight. HAPPY NEW YEAR :-)
